We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive significant growth.
As our Head of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our business development, overseeing all sales activities for DYG and our rewarded advertising brand, LeapLoot. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, fostering key client relationships, and expanding our market presence across various product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings, acting as a key ambassador for our brands.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Be available for domestic and international travel as needed to support business development and client relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience and a track record of success in a senior sales or business development role within the mobile AdTech industry.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization.
- Experience with Rewarded Traffic - a significant advantage.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams - a significant advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders with different demands and ways of working.
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to find creative solutions without waiting for others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for conferences and client meetings.
- BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
📍 Location: This is a full-time position in our Tel-Aviv office.
