Global HRIS & C&B Lead

Avgol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Global HRIS & C&B Lead to join its HQ HR team.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the global HRIS strategy: implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS, including various modules (core, performance, compensation) and integrations (IdP, Payroll, Attendance).

·      Manage HR processes (such as Performance management, bonuses, salary review etc.) to ensure a high level of data integrity.

·      Initiate and manage cross-functional HR technology projects, driving process improvements and digital transformation, to meet the business needs.

·      Support all users and stakeholders (Global HR team, IT, executives and managers) across sites with ongoing training, needs mapping, and feedback encouragement.

·      Design and oversee global compensation and benefits data by integrating benchmark data and internal data, to support compensation process and ensure best practices such as robust salary structures, annual merit process, etc.

·      Utilizing BI platforms to provide data-driven insights and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making.

Requirements:

·      3+ years of experience in similar positions in a global organization.

·      BSc. in Industrial Engineering / Information System Engineering / Human Resources or equivalent

·      Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS implementations, with strong familiarity in HRIS and C&B best practices.

·      Knowledge of HR processes and compensation and benefits best practices.

·      Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivots, Charts Designs and familiarity with complex formulas), Power BI skills – a must.

·      Excellent parallel project management, communication, and self-learning skills, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      A combination of both strong interpersonal and technical skills, with attention to details.

·      Out of the box thinking

·      High integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information.

·      High level of English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
