- Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, supplies, parking, cleaning services, etc.
- Responsibility for front desk activities, ensuring that all guests are properly received, identified, and directed to the appropriate contacts in the office.
- Take part in HR department initiatives and tasks as required (in Israel and globally).
- Take part in Onboarding/ off-boarding processes.
- Lead major office projects as required.
- Track expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Proven experience as an office manager/administrative role (tech experience – an advantage).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Service-oriented with a can-do approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently.
