We seek a dedicated, proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our fun and dynamic media group! As the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of our office operations, supporting our team while ensuring our unique culture thrives. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating a great work environment and fostering a fun, supportive office culture.
Your Role:
- Oversee the purchasing of food, office supplies, and anything employees need.
- Handle daily office operations, including managing the supplier's relations.
- Manage onboarding tasks, including setting up bank details, email addresses, and opening company’s accounts with IT assistance.
- Assist employees with requests to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage KYC/KYB documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute team activities, happy hours, and celebrations to maintain a lively, supportive culture.
- Work closely with our events and conferences team.

Requirements:
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in office management and event planning - Must have.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a people-first attitude.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
