Data Analyst

SightsAI is a funded early-stage AI startup developing LLM technology for narrative management in brand reputation and political influence spaces.

About the role:

Seeking a 10× data analyst / marketing analyst / DS, with hands-on experience in sentiment and narrative analysis (brands, marketing, or homeland-security). You bring a mix of technical & communication skills, representative, high initiative, self driven, analytical, and known for turning data into actionable insights at speed.

What you'll be doing with us?

• 30% - Client communication with US-based clients (agencies, brand leaders, influencers) – gather requirements, understand needs, present findings, and translate feedback into analysis and action. You'll be the technical / analytical point of contact with clients, while working with the R&D team.

• 50% - Data analysis / DS - Define requirements for data collection, cleaning, sorting, and exploring data. Perform rapid data analyses, insight extraction, recommendations, experiments, and proof of concepts based on requests. Run sentiment & narrative analyses using code (ML, LLMs) within existing & new frameworks.

• 20% - Design, implement, and update data pipelines using ETL frameworks.

Must-haves:

• Python, Pandas, SQL, LLMs & prompt engineering
• Strong communication skills in English (written and on Zoom).
• Experience with marketing data, sentiment, narrative, OSINT.
• Fast execution and strong multitasking in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent self-management and ownership.

Nice-to-haves:

• Building and maintaining data pipelines.
• LLM fine-tuning or other modeling experience.
