Who Are We Looking For?
You’re a creative visionary who thrives where creativity meets performance. You've walked the creative journey, from ideation and video editing to mastering data-driven decisions and business insights. Now, you're eager to scale a powerhouse creative operation, driven by data, automation, and relentless innovation, rapidly experimenting with new formats and pushing boundaries to engage millions of users worldwide.
You will:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and inspire an internal creative team of 4 and an external creative operation of 4-5 people.
- Drive Performance: Create winning video and static ads that fuel Guardio’s explosive growth and enable aggressive media spend scaling, with explicit focus on ROI and iterative performance improvements.
- Build Creative Machines: Dream, design, and implement systems and automation logics to maximize creative output quantity and diversity.
- Master the Feedback Loop: Continuously analyze performance data, establish robust feedback loops, and drastically improve creative quality through iterative testing and data-driven refinements.
- Foster Innovation: Cultivate a team culture passionate about experimentation, relentless improvement, and pushing creative boundaries.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Closely collaborate with diverse internal teams, including UA, product growth, data analytics, influencers, and design teams, to ensure seamless alignment and optimized outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience (ideally 6+ years) from a creative background (video editing, design) evolving into a data-driven, performance-oriented role.
- Deep hands-on familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Foreplay, Google Sheets, and related analytics tools.
- Proven hands-on experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Comfort interpreting creative performance and business data to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A genuine passion for testing, automation, and creative innovation.
