GlassesUSA is seeking a creative leader with a keen eye for design and strategic insight to guide the brand's visual direction.
You’ll lead the creative vision for GlassesUSA.com, crafting high-impact campaigns across paid social, video, and web, designed to drive measurable results in the U.S. eCommerce market.
A key part of this role is understanding how creative performs across different marketing channels: from Meta, YouTube, to email, and on-site assets. You’ll be expected to analyze performance metrics, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and lead creative optimizations that improve engagement and conversion while staying true to the brand.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the brand’s creative vision and visual language across all channels.
Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling creative concepts.
Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and content creators; give thoughtful, actionable feedback and inspire excellence.
Develop and oversee 360° campaigns—from ideation to execution—across digital, social, email, video, print, and offline experiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, product, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and creative impact.
Maintain a high creative standard while balancing performance goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure consistency across all brand assets while pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within design-driven environments—branding studios, creative agencies, or consumer-focused in-house teams.
Strong background in visual design or art direction with a deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition across digital and print.
Relevant experience in online and digital campaigns for international markets, including both static and video content across performance-driven channels like Facebook, YouTube, and TV.
Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams, with a hands-on approach when needed.
Solid understanding of marketing channels, including paid social (especially Meta), display, email, and eCommerce environments.
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect storytelling, aesthetics, and business goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); copywriting or content skills are an advantage.
Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
