• 3+ years in a performance creative role (e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming preferred)
• Managed creative in a performance-driven company—balancing speed, quality, and results
• Social media management experience is a plus—because you know how to make creative pop everywhere

• Deeply steeped in American culture—so much so it’d be weird if you didn’t know catchphrases and pop culture references by heart (no matter where you’re from)
• A systems builder—creates repeatable processes so great creative isn’t luck, it’s a habit
• An idea machine—turns needs and numbers into stories that sell
• Comfortable with performance data—not an analyst, but you know how to learn from the numbers
• Growth mindset—sees creative as a game to win, not just a checklist
• A confident, inspiring leader who gets things done without a giant team

• Own our creative output—what we create, when, and how it all fits together
• Build from scratch—whether it’s a new YouTube channel, a fresh ad approach, or a bold new creative direction
• Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director to craft ideas that stand out and convert
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to keep everything performance-driven and future-proof
• Lead long-term video projects and tackle complex creative challenges that push our brand forward
