Chief Executive Officer

The ideal candidate should have a strong background of technology and start up management. the candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

The candidate should manage the two main offices of the company: One in Tel Aviv area, and the second in the DIFC, DUBAI.

Responsibilities

• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
• Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction
• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MBA
• 5+ years' experience in business related field, and Technology.
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.
• Fluant Hebrew. Fluant English.
• Experience of managing a startup or Technology company.
• Strong capacity of directing marketing and sells managers to excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and nice temperament.
