We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing CS team and help shape the future of restaurant tech. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team in a role that sits at the heart of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the go-to partner for our top clients – from onboarding to ongoing support
Dive deep into restaurant needs, deliver data-driven solutions, and drive client success
Act as a product expert and strategic advisor, helping clients unlock real value
Identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and turn insights into action
Collaborate with internal teams to shape and enhance the customer journey

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a restaurant (Mandatory)
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Hospitality Tech (preferred, but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of Dine-In restaurant operations and industry challenges
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and natural problem solver
