We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing CS team and help shape the future of restaurant tech. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team in a role that sits at the heart of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to partner for our top clients – from onboarding to ongoing support
• Dive deep into restaurant needs, deliver data-driven solutions, and drive client success
• Act as a product expert and strategic advisor, helping clients unlock real value
• Identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and turn insights into action
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape and enhance the customer journey

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a restaurant (Mandatory)
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Hospitality Tech (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Dine-In restaurant operations and industry challenges
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and natural problem solver
• Independent, driven, and excited about growth – both yours and ours
