G-Med is a global digital health platform connecting millions of verified physicians from 160+ countries. We partner with leading pharmaceutical companies and agencies to deliver highly targeted, data-driven campaigns that engage healthcare professionals in meaningful ways. We’re expanding and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to campaign wrap-up
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare client-facing presentations, post-campaign reports, and performance insights
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding progress, results, and optimization opportunities
• Set up, monitor, and optimize display ad campaigns via Google Ad Manager (DFP)
• Manage inventory and pacing to ensure full campaign delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or ad operations
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP)
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills (English – native or bilingual)
• High attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools
