Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for Global Digital Marketing Company in the Medical Field.

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and digitally passionate Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social presence across all major platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead an annual social media strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives.
• Daily management of client pages and personal profiles on platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create content—posts, stories, reels—and collaborate with the content department to brief the studio and video team.
• Upload content, manage paid promotions, and oversee digital campaigns in coordination with the performance department.
• Monitor communities, increase brand awareness, and manage online engagement, including responding to comments and audience inquiries.
• Produce reports and analyze performance data, including actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and partnerships with bloggers and other content creators.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a business/brand – required.
• Proficiency in Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Strong marketing and creative thinking skills; high-level writing proficiency in both Hebrew and English (native-level English – an advantage).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within multi-functional teams.
• High-level English – mandatory; native English – an advantage.
