We’re looking for a warm, highly organized manager to help lead our educational program.

This person will support children, guide teachers, and serve as the connecting point between families and our mission.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Supervising teachers and ensuring educational quality

✅ Supporting students emotionally and academically

✅ Communicating with parents and answering questions

✅ Presenting the program to new families and guiding enrollment

✅ Following up on student progress and teaching methods

✅ Organizing creative workshops and learning experiences

✅ Keeping everything running smoothly with care and precision

✅ Think creatively about how to grow and evolve the Osgood program

You are:

✅ Creative and solutions oriented

✅ Emotionally intelligent and clear in communication

✅ Highly organized, punctual, and reliable

✅ Confident managing both structure and people

✅ Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken

🌱 This is a leadership role for someone who sees the whole picture and knows how to hold it with heart.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv

🕰️ Starting: August 10t

h💰 Salary: 9000 NI
