About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing Fintech. You will be responsible for leading the product focus within your empowered squad, driving constant collaboration within the product trio and all squad team members, with a constant focus to deliver on your OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle and delivery of initiatives in your product area through ideation, prototyping, development, launch and iteration of new capabilities and features.
• Evaluate the team’s solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, and surveys along with data analysis and A/B tests.
• Understand the market, the industry, the product, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long-term success.
• Collect and analyse a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities, ensuring your team is always working on the most impactful aspects by defining and measuring your OKRs.
• Work with fun, talented, and committed cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, etc.).
  
  

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven record of delivering products with a significant business impact.
• Experience in financial markets, global economy, and FinTech industries.
• In-depth understanding of operational processes within financial markets.
• You have a strong track record of crafting exceptional user experiences, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs. You translate insights into intuitive, impactful solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction..
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller – You have a talent for turning complex problems into compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders. You articulate your vision clearly and align cross-functional teams - engineering, design, and beyond - around a shared understanding and purpose.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and experience in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
• You know your way around A/B tests, analytics tools and user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• You have experience in leading and collaborating with engineers, designers, and other partners to build, ship and iterate on web applications and user interfaces.
• You have strong product mindset.
