Data Analyst (Customer Success Team) - IL

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize financial data from multiple sources to support business needs.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights and deliver them through aesthetic, organized, and easy-to-use dashboards.
• Design and maintain dashboards and alerts, ensuring they are accurate and meet the needs of end-users.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business teams to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
• Support customers in understanding and interpreting their data, ensuring they extract maximum value from our solution.
• Translate customer needs and feedback into analytical improvements and product insights.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing data processes, keeping up with the latest trends in data analysis and finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance)
• At least 5–6 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of working with complex datasets
• High proficiency in SQL
• Good knowledge of Python (an advantage).
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly learn and understand internal and business processes
• Previous experience working with external customers, ideally in a hybrid analytical and customer-facing role
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., ClickHouse, Tableau, Power BI)
• High level of English, both oral and written
