Responsibilities
- Partner with product and R&D teams to help develop the product strategy and enhance our product solutions
- Work closely with customer success to develop a marketing strategy for the product with HR leaders to improve users engagement.
- Develop and execute a proactive strategy to engage users on a weekly basis
- Develop and execute an approach on how to drive up user onboarding
- Work in a squad methodology environment. You'll need to simultaneously work with PM, tech managers, product designers, and marketing and aggregate their deliverables into one cohesive plan that drives user engagement
- Write clear, concise, engaging, and delightful product and email copy that furthers the Healthee brand and boosts user experience
- Develop metrics for engagement evaluation and reinforce them on a regular basis
- Collaborate with demand generation and sales leadership to translate positioning and messaging into education and enablement materials
- Lead market and competitive assessments, and represent the customers and users by surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product direction, identify product investment opportunities, and ensure product-market fit
- Help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products and collaborate with the cross-functional team, including marketing, communications, and partnerships counterparts to execute
- 3+ years of experience as a product marketing manager
- Native English - mandatory
- Self-experience of the US health care system and health insurance
- Vast experience in content marketing, corporate communications, competitive intelligence, market research, product management, or similar experience, with a solid foundation in the fundamentals including user/market research, positioning/messaging, competitive research, user education, and sales enablement
- Analytical and metrics-driven, comfortable digging into data and teasing out insights.
- The ability to lead user engagement efforts within the company across product, data, customer success and technology
- Experience with B2C applications
- Experience with B2B2C SaaS business applications a plus
- The ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced startup, rapidly changing environment.
- A bias for action and a growth mindset
- Ability and willingness to support a CS team located in the US.
