A successful startup developing hyper-casual games and a holistic advertising and marketing platform for mobile applications. The company defines and targets user audiences through social media, blogs, App Store optimization, and more, aiming to create exceptional user experiences and drive higher engagement and revenue across their apps.

Well-funded and backed by strong financial support, the company was founded by a seasoned entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. The founding team includes veterans of Units 49 and 8200, and they have built a profitable business poised for significant scale.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (within walking distance of a train station), operates fully onsite, and currently employs 30 people.

This role is part of a team reporting to a team leader and offers an opportunity to lead the data domain in a high-growth environment.

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and uncover hidden trends in user data.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred).
Proven experience working with user data, retention metrics, KPIs, and business insights.
