A successful law firm in Tel Aviv is seeking a Technical Support Team Leader
Job Description:
- Managing and leading the technical support team, including task allocation, supervision, and performance monitoring.
- Providing professional and high-quality solutions for complex technical issues.
- Managing the ticketing system, tracking resolution progress, and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Providing professional training and developing team members’ skills.
- Developing and implementing work procedures and standards to improve service quality.
- Ongoing collaboration with IT department personnel and other departments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Team Leader.
- Experience managing a team of at least five employees.
- Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Highly responsible, organized, and service-oriented.
