We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Representative

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Requirements:

• High-level familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, off-the-shelf software, computer hardware, and remote control/monitoring software – required
• At least 3 years of experience working in a technical support/help desk center – required
• Experience in a banking or financial institution – significant advantage
• Very high customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for full-time shift work

Location: Tel Aviv (relocation to Lod expected by the end of 2025)
