A leading advertising agency specializing in strategic communications, reputation management, and crisis response is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and manage high-profile client accounts across sectors such as green energy, cybersecurity, nonprofits, and public institutions.

This is a full-scope role—from defining strategy and developing content to managing daily social media operations and providing strategic consulting. The position involves close collaboration with communications consultants, working in an integrated model that combines social media with public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage social media portfolios, including concept creation, content planning, design coordination, and scheduling
  • Run campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Gain deep familiarity with client industries and tailor content accordingly
  • Write and edit posts, oversee creative processes, and lead production days
  • Serve as a strategic partner for clients, not just an executor

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media for complex clients / public figures / government bodies – strong advantage
  • Ability to independently lead client accounts, with a strategic mindset and proactivity
  • Strong command of social platforms and digital communication
  • Passion for news, public discourse, and smart content
  • Background in writing, concept development, and creative project management
