Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv District, Israel. This vital role involves managing DiploAct's social media presence, crafting effective strategies, implementing tactics to enhance social media performance, content creation and publishing, monitoring analytics, and engaging with our online community. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for promoting the Israeli narrative and a commitment to combating delegitimization and new antisemitism.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and engagingly.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective content strategies for various social media platforms.
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools to gauge performance and gain insights.
• Skilled in managing and engaging with online communities, fostering positive interactions and discussions.
• A strong passion for Israel advocacy, with a desire to positively influence perceptions and counter negative narratives.
• While a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is appreciated, it is not a requirement for this position. We value hands-on experience and a proven track record in social media management.
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector or with advocacy organizations would be beneficial.
