A leading fintech company in the cryptocurrency space, operating in Israel and providing advanced trading solutions, is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join its marketing team.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and strategic content and social media professional who lives and breathes digital content and understands the crypto world deeply—especially the Israeli market. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that drives real engagement, strengthens the brand's voice, and grows the community.

This hands-on role includes managing content creation and publication across platforms, working with agencies, leading paid and organic campaigns, and overseeing the brand’s social media presence end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media content strategy (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and more).

Create high-quality content: posts, newsletters, narratives, threads, video scripts—with both marketing and professional value.

Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, product managers, designers, and external vendors.

Manage relationships with creative and advertising agencies.

Work with advertising platforms including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Monitor, measure, and analyze performance with actionable insights for improvement.

Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels and adapt messaging to different audiences.

Work with influencers and brand ambassadors: outreach, relationship management, and content coordination.

Build and grow the local crypto community through user engagement, meetups, and community events.

Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience in content and digital marketing for B2B or B2C tech companies – required.

Deep familiarity with the crypto/blockchain/DeFi ecosystem – required.

Full proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive initiatives forward.

Strong service orientation, creativity, curiosity, and a constant drive to stay updated.

Willingness to speak publicly and organize in-person community meetups.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
