Professional Services Engineer

A cyber security company in Raanana is looking for a skilled Professional Services Engineer to join their team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of their most strategic customers.

You will lead both short- and long-term projects at client sites, implementing their cutting-edge solutions in the cyber security industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical integration of the existing platform.
• Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure proper integration and obtain product owner approval.
• Analyze business needs to ensure product owner requirements are well-understood.
• Provide regular updates to Project Managers on project deliverables.
• Support the operational team with integration tasks and new requirement launches.
  
  

• 1+ years of experience in technical integration, system administration, or post-sale activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Advantageous: Experience in the cyber security industry.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with CyberArk, ForcePoint, or MFT products.
