About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of advanced technological solutions in the field of intelligence research. This is a high-impact role, working closely with project managers, development teams, and operational clients in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and defining requirements – Translate operational needs into technological solutions.
• End-to-end product lifecycle ownership – From concept to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with development teams – Define technical requirements and shape the product roadmap.
• Cross-functional coordination – Work with project managers to meet goals while managing technical and operational constraints.
• Stakeholder engagement – Deliver demos, collect feedback, and continuously improve the user experience (UX).
• Market and competitive research – Stay updated on trends and technologies in the field.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment.
• Military tech background – Preferred graduates of Unit 8200 or similar elite intelligence units.
• Experience as an intelligence team leader or analyst (KAMN) – Deep understanding of operational decision-making.
• Proven experience in specifying technological systems with operational needs in mind.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advantage: Background in programming, data, or system architecture.
• Advantage: Knowledge of technologies such as Openshift, Kubernetes, Microservices, Docker.
