Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for managing relationships with all committee centers to drive digital transformation and computerization of processes within their area of responsibility.

• Lead improvements and digitization of workflows.
• Collaborate in defining computing requirements and project scopes.
• Ensure finalization of specifications according to requirements.
• Maintain close coordination with content experts and relevant stakeholders in each center.
• Oversee and monitor all tasks related to the area of responsibility.
• Stay updated with professional developments and bring knowledge from similar organizations or relevant sources about solutions and possible future directions.
• Perform additional duties as needed and as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering/Electronics/Communication, Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems track), or Technological Management (Information Systems track).
• OR
• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems or IT Management, combined with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• OR
• Another academic degree or a certified practical engineer/technician, provided completion of at least 200 hours of relevant courses in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, Systems Analysis, Software Project Management, or Operating Systems—at least one course with a minimum of 100 hours—or programming certification from the Israeli Government Computing Authority (MAMRAM).

Experience:

• Proven experience managing projects in application or information systems with a budget of at least 5 million NIS per year,
• OR
• Experience managing development teams, system analysts, and/or application maintenance teams of at least 3 employees.
