This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel at XM Cyber. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team's day-to-day tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
