A job that combines client support, onboarding, and ongoing success management

About the Job:

You’ll be the face of the company – guiding new clients from day one, supporting them through onboarding, understanding their business needs, and helping them build a solid foundation for success. As the relationship develops, you’ll serve as their go-to person – identifying challenges and opportunities, relaying insights to the product team, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring clients extract real value from the platform.

This job includes client management, technical support, product thinking, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and teaching ability
Independent work, organization, and analytical thinking
Ability to analyze user behavior
Ability to guide clients through onboarding, communicate clearly, and identify upsell/expansion opportunities
Quick technical comprehension and system-learning ability
Strong verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English
