Keysight Technologies Israel is looking for a motivated and energetic person to provide technical services within our Service and Support Organization.
Job Description:
- Responsible for on-site and repair center activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Works on service assignments with clearly defined objectives.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services.
- Works on on-site customer service and support assignments with broadly defined objectives
Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.
