Product Manager - Infrastructure

About the Position

We’re growing and looking for a Product Manager to lead our infrastructure domain, a core pillar of the SecuriThings solution that everything else is built up on and that plays a key role in our long-term vision.

You’ll work across teams, engineering, DevOps, System Architecture, CTO Office, PMs, UX/UI, and Customers, to drive product vision and remove blockers. Leading complex, technology-driven features and orchestration capabilities that translate engineering challenges into customer-focused solutions, you’ll bring a strong technical background to empower our engineering team to focus on business logic.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Own your product area end-to-end from vision to execution- including strategy, roadmap, rollout, and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with customers, technology partners, and internal teams to align business goals with user needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage the product life cycle: gather and prioritize requirements, define features, and ensure high-impact product releases.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans for R&D and support other product managers with technical initiatives.
• Partner with GTM teams to support successful launches, drive adoption, and empower developer ecosystems.
• Analyze user feedback and data, define KPIs, and optimize products based on usage, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Stay current with AI advancements and think creatively about how to leverage AI in your product area.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company or as an engineer collaborating closely with product teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or networking domains.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of IT/cybersecurity ecosystems (e.g., SIEMs like Splunk, ticketing, NAC, machine identity, CPS, remediation tools).
• Ability to read and define API documentation, write requests, and engage in technical discussions with engineers and customers.
• Familiarity with Azure and hybrid cloud environments, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about innovation, with a proactive mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
