Job Description
As we grow, we’re looking for a Technical Account Specialist (3–5 years experience) to join our customer-facing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on support skills and a passion for client success to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with enterprise clients in Israel and around the world.
Key & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers — from kickoff to successful deployment.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot support tickets, escalating complex issues to internal teams when needed, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to align platform implementation with business needs.
- Configure AI-powered workflows based on customer use cases and ensure high adoption through training and enablement.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for value and engagement.
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical account management, implementation, or support role — ideally in a SaaS, AI, or digital transformation company.
- Hands-on experience with technical support and ticket-based issue resolution.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise clients — in both Israeli and international markets.
- Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical execution and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting — adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage ambiguity.
- Passion for AI and technology, with a user-centric mindset and eagerness to learn.
