About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Team Lead to manage and guide our Customer Success team, both professionally and personally.

This role involves driving the team toward meeting its goals while maintaining high service standards through professional mentoring and support.

• Lead and manage the Customer Success team, providing both personal and professional guidance.

• Oversee all customer touchpoints from onboarding through implementation, support, retention, sales processes, and collections.

• Develop strategic work plans for short- and mid-term customer management.

• Identify customer challenges and opportunities, initiate tailored solutions, and lead improvement processes.

• Collaborate daily with Product and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

3• + years of experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience in managing and motivating a Customer Success team.

• Previous experience in Product/ Fintech/ SAAS companies, working with leading organizations.

• Experience in building operational and customer service processes.

• High-level English proficiency – both spoken and written.

• Strong technical and business understanding.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
