Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking a QA Engineer to take ownership of system-level testing and quality assurance for our defense-grade technology. This is a hands-on role, working closely with engineers and product teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our multidisciplinary systems. You'll define and execute test plans, identify issues, and help us deliver high-quality solutions in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Designed and executed manual and automated tests for complex, hardware-software integrated systems.
• Develop test plans and test cases based on product requirements and system architecture.
• Perform system validation in lab and field environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate issues, analyze logs, and drive defect resolution.
• Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and version compatibility.
• Provide input on product usability, performance, and reliability from a QA perspective.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical support for complex systems, ideally involving hardware and software components.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Strong customer-facing skills: comfortable providing direct support to clients in the field and managing real-time operational challenges.
• Understanding of IT, networking, and system architecture is a plus.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical industries is an advantage.
• Availability for a full-time role in Tel Aviv, with potential travel to customer sites as needed.
