This is a great opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and take part in broader HR initiatives — including People Analytics, HRIS, employee engagement, and performance reviews — all within a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology / Behavioral Sciences / Business Administration or a similar field) from a top-tier institution

• Proven experience in recruitment and diagnostics – mandatory

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, curiosity, responsibility, and a passion for people
