Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated Controller to join our publicly traded company and work closely with the VP of Finance. This is a long-term position for a dedicated professional who wants to grow and develop with the company.

Key Responsibilities:· Preparation of quarterly and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS – from trial balance to full financial statements, including notes, working papers, memos, and auditor support.
· Monthly cash burn reporting and liquidity tracking.
· Monthly budget control and analysis, including variance reports (budget vs. actual) and ongoing budget management in collaboration with relevant departments.
· Oversight and supervision of the accounting team, including process improvements and professional guidance.
· Payroll oversight – review and monitoring of the monthly payroll process and participation in payroll closing.
· Review and control of outgoing payments, ensuring alignment with agreed payment terms and company procurement policies.
· Development of the financial infrastructure for commercial inventory valuation (Priority ERP system); subsequently, lead inventory accounting and monthly inventory reporting.
· Handling of audits and reviews by tax and government authorities – including VAT, income tax, withholding tax, and National Insurance (Bituach Leumi).
· Fixed asset register management, including monitoring depreciation schedules.
· Coordination with external auditors and internal auditors – including financial audit and quarterly review processes.
· Annual corporate budget preparation.
· Corporate income tax filing and reporting.
· Management of corporate insurance policies.
· Additional ad hoc responsibilities as required.
Candidate Requirements:· Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
· Big 4 background – strongly preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience as a financial controller, ideally in a public company.
· Strong command of IFRS reporting standards – required.
· Experience in inventory accounting – an advantage.
· Advanced Excel skills – required.
· Experience with Priority ERP system – advantage.
· Fluent English – both written and spoken – required.
· Strong accounting logic, analytical thinking, and open to learning and professional development.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
· Highly motivated and committed to long-term success.
· Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
· Position is full-time and on-site only at our Caesarea offices.
