A leading financial services company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller (CPA) to join our finance team.

Location: Zikhron Yaakov, Israel

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2+ years of experience post-Big 4
• Previous experience in the financial sector – advantage
• Strong command of IFRS
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Analytical, independent, and a strong team player

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
• Oversee tax, regulatory, and compliance reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
