Technical Support Team Leader Needed for a Technology Support Center in Rosh HaAyin

We at Matrix are looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to lead an innovative technology support center in Rosh HaAyin, providing tech services for a large medical organization.

If you have technical experience, leadership and team management skills, and are eager to be part of building and managing a new support center – this is your chance to join us!

🔧 What does the role include?

• Managing and leading a Tier 1+2 support team, including mentoring, shift scheduling, and professional development.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, application support, problem-solving, and system maintenance.
• Process improvement, system implementation, and collaboration with internal and external interfaces.

🎯 What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience managing technical support teams in a large organization.
• Experience with the following systems: Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, Exchange Server (required), Firewall systems (Palo Alto/FortiGate) – required.
• Significant advantage for experience with systems in a medical organization.
• High-level technical English – required.

🕐 Full-time position in shifts (morning/afternoon/evening), including weekends.
