The Role:

We’re seeking a creative and professional Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. You’ll craft engaging content, build our community, and grow our brand’s reach across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling visuals, videos, and posts that resonate and engage.
• Stay on top of trends while keeping our content authentic and aligned with our mission.

Strategy & Campaigns:

• Set goals, create strategies, and launch campaigns that excite and inspire.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messages.

Community Building:

• Engage with followers, foster connections, and amplify user-generated content.
• Partner with influencers, educators, and ambassadors to expand our reach.

Analytics & Growth:

• Track metrics, optimize performance, and report on success with actionable insights.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 2–3 years of social media management for a brand.
• Creative: You bring bold ideas to life through visuals, videos, and words.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable with analytics to guide decisions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, AI, video editing platforms, and Monday.
• Passionate: About travel, education, and life-changing experiences in Israel.
• Language Skills: Native-level English and high-level Hebrew proficiency.
