Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The startup develops a real-time cash flow management platform for SMEs, replacing existing cumbersome and expensive systems by providing advanced financial forecasting, analysis, and insights.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company has about 40 employees, operates a hybrid work model (two days remote), and recently completed a Series A funding round.

Role Overview:

• Work within a small team alongside another AI Engineer, reporting directly to the CTO.
• Develop and research models for forecasting, classification, and categorization, combining engineering and research work (approximately 60% development, 40% research).
• Full development using Python, integrating classical ML and NLP models alongside popular LLMs such as BERT, GPT, and Falcon.
• Work within a cloud environment (AWS), supporting the entire process from concept through production deployment.
• Tech Stack: Python, LLMs (BERT, GPT, Falcon) Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) Boosted Trees, Embeddings AWS, R2P (Ready-to-Production) Classification, Forecasting

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in ML, AI Engineering, or Data Science roles.
• Full proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with LLMs and ML models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a recognized Israeli university.
• Mandatory startup experience.
