Data Analyst

A well-established and stable Israeli high-tech company in the online domain, the company generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue over the past year. Its product offers a simple and effective solution for decision-making processes, helping end users make informed choices.

The company develops websites that aggregate the top ten most accurate search results based on Google search rankings, optimized for user relevance.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week and employs around 400 people. Most business activities are focused on the U.S. market.

The company is currently hiring for both Business Analyst and Product Analyst roles, as part of a team reporting to a Team Lead.

Role Overview-

• Work within a data-driven product and business environment.
• Report to the team lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver actionable insights to support product decisions and business growth.
• Analyze large-scale datasets and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support decision-making through dashboards, visualizations, and clear reporting.
• Engage in U.S.-facing projects and stakeholders.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Python, Tableau

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization Tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
• Sheer curiosity to unearth the hidden secrets within vast datasets
• Experience at a leading internet company - an advantage
• Knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis testing - an advantage
• Experience using Python / R for statistical analysis - an advantage
• University degree - preferably B.Sc., graduated magna cum laude with outstanding grades or performance /a high psychometric score (or equivalent)
