As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the recruitment efforts of our organization. In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment activities, you will drive the development and integration of innovative recruitment tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that the recruitment process is smooth, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals. A key focus will be on identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and automation to continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
Major areas of responsibility:
Recruitment processes:
- Recruitment Activities: Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment processes according to established SLAs, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, all while ensuring integration of technology for efficiency.
- ATS (Comeet) Management: Oversee the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records, job postings, application statuses, and compliance. Lead the implementation of new features and tools within the ATS to continuously enhance its functionality.
- Sourcing and Screening: Leverage advanced recruitment platforms, including AI-driven sourcing tools, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to find and attract high-quality candidates. Utilize AI-powered screening tools to identify the best-fit candidates faster and with more precision.
- HR Interviews and Candidate Communication: Coordinate HR interviews, ensuring all logistical details are managed and candidates have a positive experience. Act as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and clear communication to ensure a seamless experience.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and system integration. Use data analytics to optimize recruitment workflows and continuously improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Global Recruitment Consultant: Provide recruitment consultation across the organization, collaborating with global teams to align recruitment strategies and ensure consistency in practices worldwide.
- Maintain Recruitment Tools and Interfaces: Oversee the integration and maintenance of recruitment tools, platforms, and external interfaces that support sourcing, screening, and hiring. Ensure these tools are leveraged to their full potential, driving efficiency and data accuracy.
- Control on Quality and Effectiveness of Resources: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment tools and external platforms in meeting quality standards. Optimize usage to ensure the highest standard of candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Participate in global recruitment initiatives that focus on enhancing the recruitment process and improving the candidate experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems, AI tools, and best practices in talent acquisition that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Academic education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading global E2E recruitment processes
- Experience with recruitment systems (ATS) – a must
- Experience in implementing and managing recruitment technologies, including AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement – a must
- Good control of office tools, including excel and PowerPoint
- High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) - a must
