Please Note

• This is a temporary position for 6 months
• The role requires on-site presence, 5 days a week
  
  

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various domains
• Focus on proactive sourcing, primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter (a core aspect of this role)
• Partner closely with business units to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Lead onboarding processes for new hires as part of the TA team's responsibilities
• Promote Check Point’s employer brand as a top destination for talent
• Initiate and drive HR and recruitment-related projects
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a start-up, high-tech company, or recruitment agency
• Proven experience in sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter – a must
• Practical experience in diverse selection processes (interviews, phone screens, reference checks, etc.)
• A. from a leading university, preferably in the Social Sciences
• Excellent English – both written and spoken – a must
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to excellence, and strong work ethic
• Self-starter with the ability to lead projects and set priorities
• Strong service orientation and collaborative mindset
