Social Media Manager

About the Company:

XGroup is a leading financial corporation operating in the fields of capital markets, investments, technology, and the defense sector. We seek a high-level Social Media Manager with strategic thinking, creative vision, and strong execution skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Netanya.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for the company, its affiliated brands, and executive leadership accounts. The role includes initiating, writing, and producing content, managing organic campaigns, growing followers and engagement across platforms, handling daily interactions (including DMs), and strengthening the company's online visibility and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s and affiliated brands’ social media accounts end-to-end
• Write, edit, and oversee content for executive leadership profiles, including one-on-one guidance and support as needed
• Grow the follower base and platform engagement through content planning, performance analysis, and distribution best practices
• Collaborate with internal departments—marketing, content, design, and business development—to align messaging and tone
• Manage day-to-day platform activity: scheduling posts, responding to comments and DMs, and facilitating community engagement
• Develop monthly content calendars and lead organic campaign execution
• Analyze performance data and optimize strategy accordingly
• Stay up to date with relevant trends in tech, finance, and digital media to inform ongoing content adaptation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional social media experience – required
• Experience managing multiple brands or entities simultaneously – strong advantage
• Proven track record managing executive personal accounts – strong advantage
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and META platforms (Facebook & Instagram) – required
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Hebrew and English – required
• Familiarity with content creation and analytics tools such as Canva, CapCut, Buffer – advantage
• High attention to detail, self-driven, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills
