A unique Startup Company in the HPC domain is developing next-generation chip technology for supercomputers, based on breakthrough algorithmic innovations. The company builds low-level solutions to accelerate AI computations across CPUs (x86, ARM, RISC-V), GPUs, DSPs, and TCUs.

Its products include a custom Runtime Environment for optimizing complex AI tasks, managing processes, and scaling multi-node execution via standard APIs such as MPI and Collectives all designed to enhance AI and HPC workloads.

The company is based in central Israel (near a train station) and offers a hybrid model with two WFH days per week.

Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, it has raised over $300M to date, including a recent $100M round at a $1.6B valuation. The team numbers 300 globally, most of whom are in Israel.

Responsibilities-

• Work on design and implementation of new and enhanced runtime features across the AI stack to support high performance computing of AI models
• Develop the runtime environment for massively accelerating AI workloads execution and handle OS/device process and thread lifecycle
• Develop multi nodes execution scaling while leveraging standard networking APIs of MPI and Collectives
• Define feature development scope and plan for successful product delivery
• Wide system impact through collaboration with software engineers, hardware engineers, compiler developers and other stakeholders

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in senior R&D management roles (above team lead level)
• Proven background in C/C++ development
• Experience with Linux-based environments (any layer)
• Technological academic degree (Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent)
