Professional Services Engineer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled Professional Services Engineer, who will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for Apono customers throughout the post-sale journey.As a Professional Services Engineer, you will own the technical execution of complex deployments, integrations, and custom solutions, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Apono for enterprise customers.
• Design and configure integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity providers (Okta, Entra ID), and infrastructure tools (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Ability to build solutions and understand technical problems
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the customer, Apono support, and R&D teams.
• Develop and document deployment plans, best practices, and reusable templates.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on technical support during deployments.
• Contribute to customer-facing enablement resources and knowledge base content.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, DevOps, development in a Cloud or cybersecurity company.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with identity platforms like Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
• Proficiency Terraform, API and Webooks.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience working directly with enterprise and Mid-Market customers in technical engagements.
• Based in Israel or the NY Metro Area, working hybrid - part remote, part onsite for key team meetings and collaboration.
• Bonus: Knowledge of access control, RBAC, JIT access, or infrastructure security concepts.
