About this role:

As a Data Analyst on the Clinical Value-Concept Team, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the clinical and economic benefits of Aidoc's products. Collaborating with the product and AI teams, you will develop and implement data-driven methodologies that demonstrate our products' value. Your work will focus on creating scalable, clinically grounded tools that clearly communicate the impact of our solutions to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

You will take full ownership of data analysis projects, leading efforts to demonstrate the value of new Aidoc products. Your responsibilities include:

• Advanced Data Analysis: Independently lead exploratory/non-exploratory data analysis. Formulate research objectives and questions while outlining approaches to validate them. Apply advanced statistical methods, identify trends, patterns, and potential outliers.
• Project Management: Oversee the technical and logistical aspects of value-demonstration projects, managing timelines, resources, risks, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure data is effectively utilized and shared, promoting alignment and synergy across departments.
• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement optimal data pipelines for each project.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Provide insights based on cost-effective analyses, grounded in clinical workflows and algorithms to ensure informed decision making.
• Ideation & Exploration: Innovate and explore strategies for value demonstration.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead efforts to enhance efficiency and velocity through tools and infrastructure.
  
  

• M.Sc. in Engineering or Exact Science (Ph.D - A major advantage)
• Industry experience in hands-on data analysis/science
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, distributions, and data-driven inference
• SQL - nice to have
• Experience in analytics engineering - Utilizing DBT, Airflow and similar tools - advantage
• Ability to summarize and visualize complex data and insights
• Experience with presenting data insights to management, for healthy data-driven decision-making processes
• Hands-on experience in developing data analysis tools and methodologies in a R&D/production environment - advantage
• Great communication skills, and ability to create and maintain positive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Problem-solving approach - a team player with the ability to work with stakeholders, translating their needs into requirements, and implementing the right solution.
• Experience in project management and/or proven leadership skills.
