Rafael is seeking a talented and driven Electronics Development Lead to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end product realization within a stimulating environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Spearheading the complete lifecycle of product development, from concept to delivery.
- Designing and developing electronic boards (board design).
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into clear specifications.
- Implementing electronic design requirements and presenting progress in reviews.
- Conducting thorough verification and integration processes at both assembly and system levels.
- Actively participating in dynamic testing in laboratory and field environments.
- Documenting and defining manufacturing processes, ensuring product approval, and facilitating smooth customer handover.
- Managing tasks, timelines, and budgets effectively, while collaborating with subcontractors.
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- An Electronics Technician certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing assemblies or electronic boards - must.
- Familiarity with product/system development and verification processes is a significant plus.
- Experience in leading or managing electronic product development is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with subcontractors is a plus.
- Prior experience in military or medical assemblies is highly desirable.
