About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Team Leader - Performance Marketing to lead and execute our paid media strategy across multiple activities, markets, and platforms. You will be responsible for operationalizing campaigns, driving results across P&Ls, and ensuring precision in both the high-level strategy and the granular details that make campaigns succeed.

This role blends deep PPC expertise with technical proficiency and operational discipline. You won’t just manage campaigns - you’ll build the processes and systems that keep performance high and scalable.

What You'll Own

• Oversee and execute high-scale, multi-brand paid campaigns strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms.
• Partner with Media Buyers, Product, and R&D teams to align goals, build infrastructure, and optimize performance.
• Ensure flawless operational execution, including:
• Placing S2S postbacks, configuring tracking pixels, and managing API integrations.
• Implementing and managing tracking systems via Voluum, Everflow, HasOffers and other attribution tools.
• Define, track, and deliver on OKRs and KPIs across multiple business units.
• Maintain operational discipline—no open tasks left behind, deadlines are respected, results are delivered.
• Manage campaign infrastructure end-to-end: bidding strategies, audience segmentation, funnel performance.
• Run A/B tests and performance experiments to unlock incremental gains.
• Utilize automation tools and scripts to drive scale and reduce manual workload.
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team (currently 4), providing guidance and strategic support.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of PPC experience, with hands-on management of large-scale campaigns.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing at least 2 team members.
• English Proficiency communication skills.
• Mastery of platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads.
• Fluent with tools like Voluum, Google Analytics, Google Studio, and Looker.
• Tech-oriented mindset with experience in:
• Server-to-server (S2S) postback setups.
• API integrations and performance tracking.
• Strong data literacy and analytical rigor—you optimize with confidence.
• Ability to zoom out and drive strategy, while tracking the smallest task to completion.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing – strong advantage.
• Operationally obsessed: you thrive in systems, love dashboards, and believe OKRs are sacred.
