מנכ"ל/ית (CEO)

אחריות על ניהול הפעילות הכוללת של החברה – מהובלת הפיתוח, דרך גיוס משקיעים ותקציבים, ועד קשרי שותפים, רגולציה וייצור.

דרישות:

·     ניסיון ניהולי בכיר בחברת מד-טק (חובה)

·     היכרות מעמיקה עם רגולציית מכשור רפואי (FDA/CE)

·     ניסיון מוכח בגיוס כספים והובלת תהליכים עסקיים

·     יתרון משמעותי לרקע קליני או קשרים עם בתי חולים, רופאים וקרנות הון סיכון

מנהל/ת טכנולוגיות (CTO)

הובלת הפיתוח ההנדסי והקליני של המוצר, כולל ניהול שיתופי פעולה עם יועצים, מהנדסים וגורמי ייצור.

דרישות:

·     מהנדס/ת מכונות או ביו-רפואה (עדיפות)

·     ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בפיתוח מכשור רפואי

·     ניסיון בתכנון הנדסי, כולל שליטה בתוכנות CAD תלת-ממד

·     היכרות עם פרוטוקולים פרה-קליניים וקליניים

·     ידע בהדבקות ביולוגיות, חומרים רפואיים וסיליקון

Anacure Medical is a cutting-edge Israeli Med-Tech company developing a breakthrough solution that redefines treatment in colorectal surgery. Our core innovation is a novel rectal sleeve that offers a non-invasive alternative to stoma, significantly improves recovery rates for anal fistulas and post-operative leakages and can be inserted in just 5 minutes—without the need for additional surgery or complications.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsible for leading the overall company strategy, fundraising, development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and partnerships.

Requirements:

·     Proven executive experience in Med-Tech or medical devices

·     Deep understanding of medical device development and regulatory pathways (FDA/CE)

·     Strong track record in fundraising and business development

·     Advantage: existing network with hospitals, clinicians, and investors

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Leads product development from concept to clinical validation, managing engineers, consultants, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements:

·     B.Sc. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering (preferred)

·     5+ years of experience in medical device development

·     Hands-on engineering skills with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)

·     Experience with preclinical and clinical study protocols

·     Familiarity with bio-adhesives, medical-grade materials, and silicone
