As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle — from sourcing and qualifying prospects to closing deals — helping U.S.-based businesses access the funding they need to grow.
We’re looking for highly organized, performance-driven professionals ready to build a rewarding career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, and close.
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
- Maintain detailed pipeline and sales activity records in CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Native-level English — excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- 1+ years of sales experience (financial services, fintech, or high-volume outbound sales preferred).
- Strong phone presence and confidence handling high outbound call volumes.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (U.S. hours).
Location: On-site in Israel (Ramat Gan area)
