Field Services Engineer

XJet, a leading multidisciplinary company in the field of additive manufacturing, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers remotely and at Customer site.

The FSE will be required to install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide and ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.

The Field Service Engineer must be willing to travel at least 30% of the time and be able to work at flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

ü Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.

ü Provide remote technical support to customer’s various applications

ü Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.

ü Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

ü Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellent

Requirements

• At least 3-years prior experience in a technical support or field service role. Preferable from multi-disciplinary companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent level of English
